Complete the form below to order the 2022 MUFC kit for your player and include your player's top three choices for his/her jersey number. The kit includes one home jersey ($34), one away jersey ($34), shorts ($19), blue socks ($11) and white socks ($11). The total cost for the kit is $109.  Payment (cash or check payable to McMinn United FC) may be given to your player's team manager.
